As we head into the warmer months, the Town of Quinwood would like to remind all residents that Ordinance Patrols are conducted every Friday to help keep our neighborhoods clean, safe, and looking their best.
These patrols are part of our ongoing effort to uphold community standards and ensure that everyone enjoys a pleasant environment. Officers will be checking for compliance with town ordinances, especially related to:
✅ Trash Removal – Please make sure household garbage is properly disposed of and not left on porches, sidewalks, or yards.
✅ Yard Maintenance – Keep grass mowed, weeds trimmed, and debris cleared. Overgrown lawns and unkempt lots may result in citations.
✅ Property Cleanliness – Old furniture, appliances, or scrap materials should not be stored in yards or on porches.
Avoid Fines – Stay in Compliance
To avoid unnecessary fines or notices, we ask all residents to take a few minutes each week to check your property and make sure it’s in compliance with local ordinances. A tidy yard not only keeps you off the violation list—it also helps make Quinwood a town we can all be proud of.
Need Assistance?
We understand that not everyone has the means to manage larger clean-up tasks. If you’re in need of help or resources, please reach out to the Town Office—we may be able to connect you with community support programs or volunteer groups.
Let’s work together to keep Quinwood clean and welcoming for all. Your cooperation makes a difference! 🌼
